Chuuma Business
Invest your company's money on LuSE
One portal for companies, pension funds and institutions to trade Zambian shares, run separate portfolios, and keep every order and withdrawal under the team's control.

Built for treasury teams
Everything the company needs to invest
From the first trade to the auditor's statement, with the checks a board expects.
Trade
Every LuSE stock, one company account
Live prices, charts, the order book and company fundamentals for every share on the Lusaka Securities Exchange. Place limit or market orders in kwacha or US dollars and follow each one from the market to settlement.
- Limit and market orders, kept open for the day or up to 15 days
- Fees shown before you place, and every fill as it happens
- Watchlists, gainers and losers, kwacha and dollar listings

Portfolios
Separate portfolios for separate mandates
Keep a staff pension fund, a treasury reserve and a strategic holding apart, all on the company's one CSD account. Each portfolio has its own holdings, return, dividends and statements.
- Holdings, allocation and unrealised gain at today's prices
- Performance net of money moved in and out
- Statements and CSV exports for your auditors

Approvals
Nothing moves without a second pair of eyes
Orders and withdrawals over your thresholds wait for a teammate to approve them before anything reaches LuSE or leaves the wallet. Every request carries who asked, why, and a full timeline.
- Approve or decline from the request itself
- Cash is set aside while it waits, and freed if it's declined
- A clear record of who requested and who approved

Policies
Your investment policy, enforced
Owners set the rules once and they apply to everyone on the team: who has to approve what, the largest order anyone can place, how much can leave in a day, and when an order needs a note.
- Approval thresholds for orders and withdrawals
- Caps on order size and daily withdrawals
- Required notes on large orders, for the record

Team
The right access for each person
Invite your directors, investment managers, finance team and accountants, each with access that fits their role, so the people who trade, the people who approve and the people who reconcile all work from the same place.
- Owner, Investment Manager, Finance and Accountant roles
- Invite by email; they set up their own sign-in
- Switch between companies from one login

Frequently asked questions
Who can open a Chuuma Business account?
Any organisation that invests in its own name: private and public companies, pension funds, trusts, foreign companies, partnerships, NGOs, churches, cooperatives, investment clubs, schools and government agencies.
What do we need to open an account?
Your organisation's registration details, the people who will act for it, and the bank accounts its money will settle to, which must be in its own name. You'll upload supporting documents such as the certificate of incorporation and tax clearance, and your signatories sign the board resolution online or you upload a signed copy.
Which shares can we trade?
Every company listed on the Lusaka Securities Exchange, in kwacha or US dollars, with limit and market orders.
How do we put money in and take it out?
Fund the company's kwacha or dollar wallet by bank transfer, mobile money or card. Withdrawals can only go to the organisation's own settlement accounts, as set out in its board resolution.
Can several people use the account?
Yes. Invite your team with the access that fits each role, and set policies so that orders and withdrawals over an amount you choose wait for a teammate's approval.
Can we keep different investments apart?
Yes. Open separate portfolios, for example a staff pension fund and a treasury reserve, each with its own holdings, performance and statements, all on the organisation's one CSD account.
Is Chuuma regulated?
Chuuma Asset Management Limited is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zambia as a broker-dealer and is a member of the Lusaka Securities Exchange.
